Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and youthful mousse. Pure nose of white fleshed fruit, citrus, lime, some herbal and floral notes with a hint of autolytic notes. Medium weight on the palate with a fresh backbone, a gentle bitterness/extract with notes of citrus zest and lemongrass, creamy and rather long finish.
