Medium deep golden colour with rather fine bubbles. The nose has some maturity and complexity with autolytic notes of brioche and butter, a slight nuttiness, apricot and confit de citron. The palate is rather full with a fresh backbone of acidity, mild creaminess and nutty stone fruit flavours and good length.
