The colour is medium towards deep ruby-red, with a slightly paler rim. The nose is fairly youthful here, with an emphasis on fruit, displaying cherry, cassis and some herbal notes. With a discreet touch of oak in the background. Medium weight on the palate here, with a quite sweet fruitiness, showing some ripeness, with some dark cherry and cassis notes. Then there is a slight herbal spiciness there. It is a youthful wine, so the tannins are present, still quite ripe and rounded. Not a lot of oak on the taste, I would say it this is a slightly more lighter and subtle style with moderate length. Quite accessible for easy drinking today.
