Inky dark colour. Modern and assertive nose of roasted oak, ripe dark fruit with cassis, plum and chocolate notes. The palate is dense and concentrated, plenty of stuffing here, yet with good balance in its rich style, a healthy dose of tannin and acidity, layers of dark berries with fine spices and tobacco notes. Long and dense finish, very good and promising.
