Light golden with a fine stream of small bubbles. Generous nose showing yellow fruit, citrus, some floral notes and almond paste. Creamy attack on the palate, rounded with lush fruit, yet a fresh backone of acidity, unctuous fruit and a hint of citrus zest/bitterness on the finish, rather long and crisp finish.
