Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and vivid mousse. Layered nose displaying ripe stone fruit, apricot, ripe citrus, fresh butter and some floral notes. Nicely tuned palate with a bright acidity paired with sweet yellow fruit, zesty citrus notes, some butter/pastry with a rounded and creamy finish.
