Medium deep golden colour with a copper hue. Vivid fine bubbles. Mature, complex and ripe nose, non oxidative style but still with some windfall, tropical fruit, feels a bit more fleshy Pinot noir with red berries and plum and some butter. New oak feels more evident on the palate, bone dry with a crisp acidity, good restraint between ripe fruit, oak and freshness, long and creamy finish, a vinous style with good drinkability and complexity.
