Medium intense pink colour with a copper hue and foamy mousse. Rather spicy nose with aniseed and gingerbread spices, plum and red cherry. Rather full bodied with a creamy mousse, high but balanced extract, red fruit flavours, a fresh and well-built finish with long persistency.
