La Mouline – Totem – 2022

Dark purple core and hue. Pure and modern with bright dark fruit - blackberry, plum, spicy aniseed and clove notes with mild oak. The palate is polished and supple - fruit driven expression, yet with concentration and structure, fine tannin, crunchy dark berry flavours and a long supple finish.
