Dark purple core and ruby hue. Pure and modern nose with less oak and intense fruit, cassis, crushed cherry, bay, leaf, sage, and tobacco leaf. The palate shows dense fruit and a medium weight, ripe and lifting tannins, with a healthy dose of acidity, darker fruit flavours, still no sign of oak and a long pure finish.
