France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Mature colour. The nose is a bit awkward at first if you judge it as a classic wine however being aged under flour it reveals a balsamic spiciness, dried red fruit and dry spices. The palate goes into the direction of a sweet wine, yet without the sweetness, really soft and rounded texture, complex and spicy, far from a classic style but interesting and full of character.
