La Roq – Méthode Ancestrale – NV

Bright young straw colour with a light golden hue and fine vivid bubbles. The nose is vinous with white flower, brioche, fresh butter, crushed nuts and yellow fruit. Nice palate with a mellow creaminess, slight sweetness but finely balanced acidity, lush yellow fruit, some complex spiciness and a long supple finish. Nice and full of character.
