White wine with a youthful appearance, light straw colour. Fresh nose without any indication of oak, it’s rather on the very young fruit. I get some notes of lemon, lime, lime zest. Not super-ripe fruit, more on the green apple, pear side, with some herbal notes again. Palate is on the lighter side, pretty light-bodied, classically dry with a good level of freshness; quite mouthwatering acidity here. Still youthful with quite discreet fruit, some hints of fresh almond on the finish. Medium weight and length on the finish.
