La Sousto – 2015

Rather dark ruby red colour with a purple hue. The nose is ripe showing a hint of oak, darker fruit, clove, pepper and liquorice. Very full and very young on the taste, still a firm tannic bite to it and presence of oak, nice fruit and spiciness though with high ripeness, warmth and a long finish. A wine needing time to rest in the cellar and develop.
