Intense dark purple black core. Generous nose with some balsamic notes, wild herbs, raw meat, blackberry, plum and violet. Dense palate, still a youthful texture with grippy tannin, spicy dark fruit flavours, pepper, bay leaf and a vivid freshness underneath with good length. Still youthful deserving more time in the cellar though.
