Bright and pale rosé colour with a fine stream of small bubbles. Fragrant nose of red berries, citrus, fresh herbs and some autolytic notes. Good bite and grip on the palate, medium weight with a bright freshness, classic dosage level, juicy red currant and some herbal flavours, and a long and persistent finish with good balance.
