Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. Intense floral and fruity nose, darker fruit, feels like more Pinot here, plum, red berry fruit, saffron and almond. The palate is bone dry and fresh, a mild creamy texture, a slight tannic / bitter sensation, towards the finish, rather long with spicy and nutty aftertaste.
