Pale transparent colour with a green hue. Youthful and aromatic nose with notes of green apple, fresh herbs, almond and citrus zest. Medium weight with a balanced acidity, yet good grip and sense of freshness, youthful crisp fruit and a medium to long finish with an herbal spiciness.
