Italy,
Tuscany,
Red wine with a medium-deep ruby red colour. Quite youthful on the nose, with some hints of butterscotch, vanilla, discreet oak and red berries. Quite classic structure here, I would talk about medium weight, with red fruity notes; crushed red berries and cherry. Still slightly youthful in terms of extract, we have a tannic presence there, but overall balanced with a well-maintained freshness. No hints of oak, and a medium towards long finish, particularly with those gently spicy red cherry notes. I think it’s a wine that has a good level of drinkability today; still a certain dryness on the finish, but again with traditional gastronomy it should be much more inviting. Still well-made in a balanced, traditional style.
