Bright light golden colour with a fine creamy mousseux. Intense nose with some maturity complexity and autolytic notes, ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, peach and candied citrus. The palate is bright and fresh yet with maturity and a mild creaminess, fresh yellow fruit, fresh butter, brioche and some nuttiness. Long finish with fine maturity and layers.
