Lantieri de Paratico – Riserva – 2011

Bright pale straw colour with medium intense mousse. Still youthful on the nose with fresh citrus, lemongrass, white fleshed fruit and some herbal spiciness. The palate has a fresh bite with bright acidity and a mild creamy mousse, still with youthful fruit and zesty bite, yet balanced for the style with good balance and length. Should evolve well.
