Medium deep ruby red colour. Youthful nose, spicy with peppery hints, cinnamon, clove and some lactic/yoghurt-like notes. Medium bodied with a fresh acidity, rounded texture, mild tannin and medium length. Fresh and straightforward for early drinking.
