Lassl – Cuvée Ultimo – 2013

Intense dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Modern nose of new oak, roasted notes, dark fruit, pepper and clove. The palate is dense and youthful with plenty of spice, firm tannin, dark berry fruit and a rather long finish with some roasted notes. Still needing some time to soften.
