Bright medium golden colour with a fine mousseux. Sweet nose offering some vanilla, toasted notes, nougat and ripe stone fruit. Soft, and creamy texture on the palate, yet with a fresh backbone, generous fruit with crushed peach and pear, good grip and length. A full bodied, fresh and generous champagne.
