Medium deep straw colour, quite youthful here with intense bubbles. The nose starts out quite discreetly; some creamy notes there, fresh butter, lemon, pear. On the palate it is light towards medium in terms of weight. Still quite youthful. The fruit is just about ripe, with citrus and green apple, youthful acidity. The mousse is still quite marked, quite foamy on the palate, with a medium length. On the finish still very much on the youthful side, with a slightly tart green apple. In my mind still needing some more time to round off and gain some more complexity and harmony.
