Medium deep, well, rather light golden I would say. Approaching light golden colour. Some evolution on the nose, displaying quite fragrant and floral hints. Violet, herbs, fresh lime, lemon. Good purity of fruit there. There is a slight flintiness as well. Good bite on the palate. It is a medium weight with fine extract. Balanced bitterness like grapefruit zest. Fruit is rather on the tropical side on the palate, almost like fruit flavours of kiwi and banana. It is well retained by a fresh and juicy acidity on the finish. Which is medium towards long in terms of persistence. Good drinkability today.
