Dark purple core and hue. Youthful aromas of plum, cherry and cassis with clove and bouquet garni. The palate is rather full, still youthful and restrained with a tannic grip, generous fruit, black currant and cherry with some herbal and peppery spiciness. Rather long finish but still tight needing time to open.
