Le Cantorie – Brut – NV

Bright straw colour with a green hue and a lively mousse. Youthful nose, a hint of toastiness (perhaps oak?), green apple, pear, almond and lime notes. Medium weight with a fine creaminess, youthful fruit, green apple and citrus with an herbal spiciness and a medium towards long aftertaste.
