Le Cantorie – Riserva – 2011

Bright straw colour with a green hue and fine bubbles. Youthful nose of fresh citrus, lemongrass, crushed apple and almond with some herbal spiciness. Bone dry and fresh palate, pure fruit with a creamy mid palate, fresh citrus notes with a rather long and persistent finish.
