Bright young straw colour and a copper hue. Pure and generous nose offering ripe pear, peach, citrus, lemongrass and some spicy liquorice/anis notes. Medium weight on the palate a gentle bitterness, youthful and crisp acidity with primary young fruit, fresh herbal notes and fine length.
