Sparkling wine with a quite intense youthful mousse, it’s green-tinged with a medium-deep straw colour. The nose is very youthful, it’s quite floral, some floral hints, a hint ofsome herbal notes like chamomile, with white-fleshed fruit like pear, apple, and some lemon zest. Generous palate, nice texture combining that creamy mousse with youthful fruit, like freshly chopped apple pear, with some citrusy spiciness, and a touch of that grapiness as well. Well-balanced in this rounded pleasurable style, also boasts a certain length and persistence on the palate. Very generous wine, clean, fresh, well-made in this pRosécco style, but also with a bit more depth and length than some other examples.
