Youthful quite pale colour, light straw with a fine mousse. Small and lively bubbles. The nose starts out quite discreetly. It shows a good purity with vibrant fruits, hints of green apple, lemon and lime zest. Then some floral notes, a touch of fresh grape as well. Good bite on the palate. Quite structured here. I want to talk about the bite. Good acidity and fairly dry in the positive sense. Which is not a lot of sweetness. Youthful, pleasant fruit. Quite long finish. Good creaminess, on the palate as well. Attractive wine that will keep for a few years, but I think it drinks best in its youth. The way it presents itself right now.
