Sparkling wine with a very youthful pale colour, slight straw nuance, lively young bubbles. Fresh and clean nose, I get some notes of fresh grapes, herbs, ripe pear, ripe lemon. Quite creamy texture, and those bubbles add a good deal of freshness; acidity is pretty high as well, so it’s a quite salivating style, still with a classical light body I would say. Good freshness with rather white-fleshed fruit like pear, apple. Finish is quite light and soft. Well-made in a classical PRosécco style.
