Light amber colour. Intense and traditional nose, direct and forward with some grapey notes, sweet fruit like fig, prune and tobacco and dry spices like cardamom and pepper with some oak notes. The palate is rich and warm with a bold spiciness, peppery notes fine oak integration and a warm viscous texture, alcohol is high but not over-powering with a fine length and spicy finish. Well made in a traditional Marc style.
