Light straw colour with a green hue appearing rather youthful. Fresh nose of lighter fruit, verbena, lemongrass and lime with white fleshed fruit. The palate is harmonious and rounded with good drinkability lending a creamy mousse, mild acidity and crisp fruit with spicy ginger, verbena notes and a long finish.
