Bright straw colour with a green hue. Youthful but nuanced nose showing tobacco, liquorice, ginger and ripe lemon. The palate has medium weight, bright acidity, an integrated mousse, young flavours of lemon zest, white fleshed fruit, ginger and a mild spiciness, rather long finish, approaching some complexity.
