Le Val – Sauvignon Blanc – 2014

White wine with a very low colour intensity, slightly green hue. Fresh nose, aromatic with some hints of herbs, lemon, lime and green apple; in the direction of Sauvignon aromatically. Palate is on the light side, with an elevated acidity. Good purity and freshness with a very light structure and a light finish. Straightforward wine to drink in its youth for its freshness and lightness.
