Le Vigne di San Pietro – Refola’ – 2007

Medium, deep, ruby with a dark core. On the nose offers dark berries, almonds, blackcurrant and a gentle hint of oak; the palate is rich and warm with polished tannin, rather soft texture, good length and plenty of black, cherry fruit on the finish; good persistence.
