L’Eclat du Château L’Eperon – 2016

Dense deep ruby core with a purple hue. Pure and modern nose offering some new oak, ripe dark fruit, mocha and spice with fragrant cassis notes. Rather full palate, generous fruit, digest with ripe tannin, a fresh backbone, some toast and crushed cassis flavours followed by a long finish.
