Legaris – Calmo – 2011

Inky dark purple core with a lighter rim. Perfumed nose with violet, wild berries, rather red fruit with clove ginger and liquorice notes, discreet wood. The palate has a nice texture, supple and rounded but with dense fruit and good volume, fine spices and darker fruit notes, hints of tobacco and some roasted notes, long and lingering finish. Concentrated but juicy and digest as well, good balance.
