Legouge Copin – Rosé de Saignée – 2013

Medium deep pink colour with a copper hue and mild mousseux. Some evolution on the nose, with nougat, caramel, dry spices and red berry confiture. Structured palate some tannic presence but no bitterness, fresh with a mild creaminess, sweet plum and strawberry notes with gingerbread spice and rather long persistency.
