Bright light golden colour with a rather fine mousse. Pure nose, nicely restrained on the chalky, mineral, lemongrass, citrus side with good layers. The palate is rather full combining structure with freshness exuding flavours of pale stone fruit, citrus, chalk, crushed nuts and a long precise finish with fine creaminess. Nicely vinous and restrained mineral style for Blanc de Blancs lovers.
