Lejeune Dirvang – Noir Et Blanc – 2010

Bright light golden colour with a green hue and mellow mousse. Generous nose of fresh butter, roasted nuts, saffron, yellow fruit and a touch of oak it seems. The palate is structured and ample with some roasted notes, sweet yellow fruit, pear, peach, crushed nuts, nougat and butter, fine creaminess and still a youthful acidity, and a dense and long finish. Vinous, generous and potent.
