Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Youthful appearance here with a pale straw colour, youthful green hue. Very fine nose here. I really like the aromatics. It is displaying a quite ripe and tropical fruit character. At the same time it is distinguished by a good level of purity and minerality. It brings my mind towards yellow plum, apricot. Still a lush wine in a moderately cool style I would say. I really like the palate. It does have a good extract. Youthful and balanced acidity. A lot of freshness and mouth-watering sensation on the palate. With moderately ripe stone fruit I would say. Again the taste confirms what I got on the nose, with ripe peach and yellow plum. There is discreet spice on the background. But really long and persistent on the finish. It is still really youthful. I would very much call this a wine with potential. It will continue to develop a bit more nuance and complexity with age. I like its purity. If I could say it, there is a slight, or typical, Austrian spiciness. This would be a very Austrian wine to me. Which I like of course.
