The colour has a dense core and mature ruby rim. Pure nose, indicating oak-aging with some vanilla, clove, and pepper, with dried fruit, plum, and cherry. Good volume, dense but has softened, rounded tannin, a fresh backbone with digestible and spicy fruit, and fine length.
