Young bright straw colour. Pure nose, no oak, rather herbal and floral with discreet fruit on the nose. However, the palate has nice tension with fresh green apple, good extract, well balanced bitterness with notes of herbs, fennel and liquorice on the finish, fresh acidity and quite long finish.
