Intense dark inky purple core. Intense nose offering sweet spices, caramel, some new oak, liquorice, kirsch and blackberry. The palate has more restraint with lush dark fruit, fresh and succulent with a bright acidity, fine tannin, mildly spicy dark fruit and a long lingering finish.
