Inky opaque colour and hue. Still youthful nose offering high ripeness with stony notes, cassis, blueberry, blackberry, tar, tobacco and garrigue with little (or no/old) oak. Rather massive palate without heaviness, caressing dark fruit, with plenty of layers, polished and refreshing tannin with a vibrant freshness underneath, long and muscular finish, a very potent wine still needing time to come around.
