Quite deep golden colour with a copper hue. Some development on the nose, slightly “natural” or noninterventionist style with balmy and cider-like notes with tropical fruit. The palate has medium weight, a quite high acidity, and some fino-like notes, bone dry on the finish. A wine with plenty of character, far from straightforward, certainly has its lovers, balanced for its style to me.
