Medium deep golden colour. Pure nose offering sea salt, nori, ripe citrus, white-fleshed fruit and fresh almond with some lees-derived creaminess. The palate has rounded with some fresh butter/cream notes a crisp acidity underneath, discreet fruit with some marine/salty notes on the finsih.
